Uhhh Wind and Rain

Blimey the wind and rain was howling against the side of Derwent6 this morning so we snuggled up back in bed till mid morning. We felt sorry for those boats going past, but we felt very toasty. This is a good time for doing those things you never have time to do or never feel like doing, so we did manage to sort out some bits and pieces but on the whole we did nothing! Well it rained and rained and rained and never felt it was going to stop but at 5.00pm it did. So what is the good thing about wind.....fallen trees, so Del went out and got a few branches and cut them up ready for the next cold spell. Can you believe the day ended with a lovely sunset. Al watched her Strictly in the evening, Del had to watch it with dinner....
