Del was in a bit of a state this morning and was struggling. We then got a phone call from Alf (Al's dad) who reminded us that we had an ultrasound machine on board. Yep it took an 85 year old to remind us. With a day of sport it wasn't so bad so we could rest with the help of the machine and painkillers. We watched the Grand Prix, FA Cup Football, and David Walliams swimming the Thames. To move around Derwent6 Del was on his knees so things were bad. By the evening it had started to get a bit better so Del went to bed early to get as much rest as possible......while his physio watched Dancing on Ice!

Blimey, this is getting bad!
That guy needs some serious pain killers.
Hope you feel better soon. xx
lie on your back with your knees bent and legs together and drop them from side to side - that should loosen up the lower back and hopefully release the trapped nerve
night night
