Out in the sticks

Well we have taken a break from the blog for a few days. We have just got the best location here with some beautiful stuff to look at. We have a good tv and phone signal, but the internet signal is not great, you can't have everything in life can you. It has taken us a while to find the right spot to get a reasonable 2G signal, so it is a bit slow and this will be break. We just wanted a nice quiet spot to sit and watch the tennis and Grand Prix over the weekend. The weather has been weird with rain pouring down one minute and sunshine the next, with more of the rain. It has been warm though and we haven't felt the need to be putting sweat shirts on. We have been waiting for the weather to improve before we go on the Thames, well why should we take any risks. We have been wanting to go out for walks but having your wellies on and standing in a downpour wasn't our thing, and it has also been quite a muddy overgrown towpath where we are, but we don't see anyone using it. So we have just enjoyed ourselves. We are running out of food now so we will have to move over the next couple of days, or shall we!
