It was nice to hear the rain hitting the roof again this morning but it just encouraged us to pull up the covers and snuggle in. When we did surface we had some breakfast and started to sort out some things we don't use on Derwent6. As we have the car at the moment it is an opportunity to have a clear out.
We got a tap on the window at 11.15am from Dave on n.b. Lady Esther asking if we would like to come round for a coffee. We scurried round in the pouring rain and was grateful of a hot drink which Angie had made for us. 
We had a good chat about what we would or would not be doing this year and ended up playing a few songs as Dave also plays the guitar. We can't wait till the summer BBQ's.

From there we popped back to Derwent6 and then made our way over to Crick to see Pat (Del's mum) and Keith and their grandson Will, on n.b. Thema, also for a coffee, and they were all pleased to see us. With the rain still pelting down we spent the afternoon with them. 
We got back to Derwent6 for 6.00pm, in time for dinner and the football.....
