We made our way back to Derwent6 after having left her on her own for a couple of weeks. We then gave Derwent6 her new present which was a chimney extension.
This will stop the brasses getting mucked up when the fire is going and also give us a better draft so we have more control over the flame.
After Derwent6 got a dust off we made our way over the fields to Gumley and got close to this little fella with his mum.
When we got to The Bell Inn we met up with Pat & Keith (Del's mum) for Mothers Day....
We had a lovely Sunday roast lunch and then went back to their house. We got back to Derwent6 at about 6.30pm, just in time to watch the highlights of the first Grand Prix of the season. It was such a boring race we were pleased to only watch the highlights!
