Just a mile or two today

We had heavy rain overnight but when we woke up it was bright sunshine, don't you just love this country....

We picked up a few beers from the Co-Op, and Al got rid of some books at the charity shop. We posted a letter on the way back and then set off.

We went down through the last four locks at Audlem and soon got out into the countryside again. We found a nice mooring which has picnic tables with BBQ's attached to them. Late afternoon, Del then went out on his bike for a hour or so, while Al read her book.
