Resting

We have had nice weather over the last few days and we have had to stay put. Del has had a few doctors and appointments and it has been a lot easier here being close to the station. We haven't done a lot which is why we haven't blogged much as Del has been resting his back. It's also good to have a bit of a break from the blog as it could become a bit of a chore if you're not careful. At least by staying put we are saving water through the locks and we are enjoying ourselves! We will have to move shortly as we want to have a good pumpout. Manual pumpout's are good, but you get a lot of sediment in the bottom of the tank and have to have a good rinse out at a marina at some point. Gosty the coal boat filled us up to the brim so we could now calibrate our fuel gauge at last. We have enjoyed the company of the other people moored with us. We are starting to know all the dog walkers and runners in the area so it is time to move on.......
