Low Bridge.....everybody down

Well we left at around 9.00am to go to the marina which was just around the corner from us. The first problem was getting under the bridge to enter it...Chimney off again and moving the coal around so we could get under. We had to squat down on the stern and couldn't see where we were going...all good fun! The marina was quite tight all round and if you've got a seventy foot boat forget it if you want to turn.... Derwent6 just had inches to spare when we winded...
We got our pumpout and hopefully that has unblocked the system and then we headed back towards Sawbridgeworth, passing more low bridges on the way. We didn't want to do too much, so only did a couple of locks before mooring up along side the Beckham's place. Bet our place is cheaper and we've got the same grounds. We then went for a walk around their garden and very nice it is too... It's called Phisobury park and is just lovely... It was trying to rain as you can see from the rainbow in the picture so had to get back to Derwent6 and light the fire before it tipped it down. We had a early night as we have a long day tomorrow.
