A Free Day!

We were up early putting cards up and and out shopping.......... Del was on a mission to spend his birthday money, so we were off to Tottenham Court road, which is where you go to by electronic equipment. After going in about fifteen shops Del found a piece of software and an interface for recording music to the computer. As you all know we are trying to write and play our own songs and this piece of kit means he will be able to add sounds to any track we record. He decided it was too early to buy a new guitar, but he did ponder over it for about a hour in Pizza Hut. He also brought another set of guitar strings, a guitar strap, and also with the money he had left he got the Windows 7 upgrade. A big Thank You again, to everyone who gave Del money for his birthday......

We got back to Derwent6 at around 4.00pm and just had time for a coffee and a quick sit down before we were off again to Hammersmith. Maxine & Graham had got us free tickets to see the comedian Russell Howard recording his Thursday BBC 3 show " Russel Howard's Good News" We met them in the queue to get in and were surprised that you even got a free beer as well. Russell Howard was fantastic and we had a great time. We were sitting in the second row and Del even got to high five Russell while the live cameras were rolling, so look out for us on Thursday.

When we came out we were a bit peckish so Graham (he was driving) took us to a old haunt in Fulham. It was a Mexican, Havana's, which also had a live band. The meal wasn't free but the girls were given some free t shirts as we left, bit of a free day really.. Thanks for a great night guys!!!!
